AUTOSARのDiagnostics関連の資料も整理中

自動車のの国際規格を理解するにあたって、いくつかの分野を考えようとしたら、国際規格より各国規制の方が強い印象を受けた。

安全、環境、整備のどの分野でも、法規制、行政指導などが強く、
技術的な標準化が簡単ではないことが理解できるかもしれない。

飛行機は、世界中を飛び回ることを前提として、どこかの国だけの規制はあまり意味がない。

自動車は、その国の土地で運転することが前提で、
道路環境(幅、傾斜、坑道、直線距離、舗装率)、温度・湿度・緯度・公害などの物理的な状況と、
道路を通行する動物(馬、牛、象など)の分布、人間の風俗・習慣と年齢構成などの生物的な状況

自動車試験場(test source)

各OEM、Tier1(一次供給者)は、独自に自動車走行試験場(test cource)を持ち、試験運転員(test driver)の資格制度を設けて、安全、環境試験などを実施している。
各社の合格基準は、必ずしも公開されていない。

公道試験

自動車の機能等を一部改良し、公道を走る条件を満たしている場合は、公道で安全・環境試験を行う場合がある。
