I want to speak English with programming.
Programming language are made of English words and phrases.
If you want to manage programmers as a team,
you can use a programming language for communication each others.
All of activities are gathered with some Integrated development environments.
Hand writting reports and conversational reports are not required.
No genius programmer
There are no genius programmer in the organization,
CTO, chief technology officer is needed.
