I just got a response from Trailhead support, seems like there was an issue with the final verification step. They let me know it was resolved, and sure enough the verification step worked.
Trailhead サポートから返信が届きました。最終検証手順で問題があったようです。問題は解決したと連絡があり、検証手順は確かに機能しました。
Work Around: I am not sure which part of this was the fix, but I was able to pass the Trailhead. I disabled the Einstein Copilot agent. Created a new Topic with the same name of MigrationDefaultTopic and added the new action to it. I then activated the agent. Even without getting Agentforce to check in Sofia, I was able to pass the challenge.
Creating a new playground and clearing cache did not help.

I had this issue, one of 2 things worked for me:
- Turn off Einstein under Einstein Setup, refresh and toggle back on
- I hadn't toggled 'Enable the Agentforce (default) Agent, on the Agents page
Not sure which worked, but after I did that it passed me.

Sales Coach Agent can't be assigned the Agentforce Sales Coach User permission set license, because Sales Coach Agent's user license doesn't support it.

If the Deletion stucks for more than one day, open a support case please.
This happened for me too on other places, and support was able to remove some stuf in the background manually and then deletion was possible.

The flow was called another name from the one provided in the instructions and i used that to proceed

I saw the same issue.
I followed 3 steps to pass this challenge -
- Made sure the child relationship name is "Reservations" as mentioned by Florian.
You need to edit the enrichment for that(See below)
2. Removed and re-added dynamic related list.
3. Saved + Activated the lightning record page. In App Default section, I assigned it to sales app.
