フロー リストの下矢印をクリックして、アクティブ化されたフローのバージョンを確認します (画像を参照)。[詳細の表示] オプションをクリックすると、アクティブなバージョンが表示されます。最新バージョンをアクティブ化し、ブラウザーを更新してからチャレンジを確認してください。

Check the version of your flow activated , by clicking the down arrow on the flows list ,see image for ref .Clicking on the option View details will show you the version active . Activate the latest version , Refresh browser and then check challenge.
