似ているけど違うチャレンジのエラーメッセージがあります。

We can't find that the Experience Management topic has six instructions

• Error is we can't find that the experience management topic has six instructions but when i was trying to add 6 instruction, it only add 5 instruction because 1st instruction is blank and it don't include blank instruction then how can i add 6 instruction
• Error when trying to verify "Build Your First Agent with Agentforce"

I deleted my agent and recreated it and that worked.

• Coral Cloud Resort Service Agent Challenge - We can't find that the Experience Management topic has six instructions.

I was able to back track my steps and fix it.

• Is there a way to edit Topic without starting over

Go back to Agent -> open the service agent -> deactivate the agent -> click on 'Experience Management' -> remove all the instructions -> add 6 blank instructions then start putting the instruction added in trailhead one by one-> activate -

then check (I was getting the same issue, and it got resolved. this works without creating new agent)

We can't find a total of 6 instructions associated with the Customer Experience Support topic in the Coral Cloud Experience Agent.

• Agentforce Innovator Challenge - Update a Flow, Agent Action and Topic

You should only get these 5 instructions before inserting the 6th one (see the screenshot after).

Please review the instructions and delete the one that should not be there. You can still take over the challenge if you don't succeed coming back to the previous configuration.
