The issue is resolved. I did a new org and that seemed to work.

• We can't find that the ‘Manage Job Applications’ permission set grants read access and edit access to all Job Application fields, except edit access for Position and Candidate.

Position__c と Candidate__c 以外にも編集不可能なカスタム項目がいるみたい

Perhaps the checking logic is looking for one or more additional editable fields.

• My "Manage Job Applications" permission set isn't passing. Need read/edit on all "Job Application" fields EXCEPT "Position__c" & "Candidate__c" (read-only). Configured as such, but still failing with error about incorrect access. Refreshed/relogged.

The issue was the field type

３月に入ってどうやっても解決しない例が多いので、再度試してみました。

Enable Job Application Field Permissions: Assigned users can view all fields and edit all fields, except they can’t edit Position and Candidate.

求人応募フィールド権限を有効にする: 割り当てられたユーザーは、すべてのフィールドを表示し、編集できますが、職位と候補者を編集することはできません

このように設定を変更
