ExternalReservationがない

I figured this one out. I'm not sure why it happens, but something with new playgrounds created today. Here are the steps to fix:

  1. Click the App Launcher, type data, then click the Data Cloud app.
  2. Click the Data Model tab.
  3. Click the ExternalReservation record.
  4. Click the Relationships tab next to the Details tab.
  5. Click the Edit button in the Relationships section.
  6. Check the box to Show inactive relationships.
  7. Update the mapping to Contact records to be Active.
  8. Click the Save button.

You should now be able to create the related list. My apologies for no screenshots for steps 6-8. Didn't catch it as I went, and afterwards, it takes forever to load the ExternalReservation's Relationships records.

これについては解決しました。なぜそうなるのかは分かりませんが、今日新しく作成したプレイグラウンドに何か問題があるようです。修正手順は以下のとおりです。

  1. アプリ ランチャーをクリックし、データを入力して、データ クラウド アプリをクリックします。
  2. [データ モデル] タブをクリックします。
  3. 外部予約レコードをクリックします。
  4. [詳細] タブの横にある [関係] タブをクリックします。
  5. 「関係」セクションの「編集」ボタンをクリックします。
  6. 非アクティブな関係を表示するボックスをオンにします。
  7. 連絡先レコードへのマッピングをアクティブに更新します。
  8. [保存]ボタンをクリックします。

これで関連リストを作成できるはずです。手順6～8のスクリーンショットがなくて申し訳ありません。作業中に気づかなかったのですが、その後、ExternalReservationのRelationshipsレコードの読み込みに非常に時間がかかってしまいました。

以前の回答

The issue was that the object Reservation wasn’t generated correctly when the system created the data cloud environment for this challenge. I recreated a new environment and restarted the challenge, and now everything is working fine.

問題は、このチャレンジのデータクラウド環境をシステムが作成した際に、オブジェクト「Reservation」が正しく生成されなかったことです。新しい環境を再作成してチャレンジを再開したところ、すべて正常に動作するようになりました。

We can't find a Data Cloud Related List on the Contact object for the ExternalReservation object with a child relationship name of Reservations.

I saw the same issue.

I followed 3 steps to pass this challenge -

  1. Made sure the child relationship name is "Reservations" as mentioned by Florian.
    You need to edit the enrichment for that(See below)

2. Removed and re-added dynamic related list.
3. Saved + Activated the lightning record page. In App Default section, I assigned it to sales app.

In the New Guest Newsletter prompt template, we can’t find a source for the External Reservation object.
