My Issue has been resolved, the answer that I got was helpful.

My trailhead was not connected to my Org which I have completed the challenge, I connected it correctly and tried then it worked.

Could you please make sure that you are checking challenge against correct Playground.

There have been previous posts saying that this will resolve itself over time. If you wait and it doesn't work, try creating a new playground or I encourage you to get help from the Trailhead support team.

Try disconnecting the current playground and creating a new one.
