agent's configuration error : Configuration Issues Detected

• After following all the steps in the training material, why am I getting an "agent's configuration" error when trying to activate the Agent?

I've experienced this with other modules, but by chance I didn't have to enable the agent, so it wasn't a problem.

If you're getting the same error in a new playground, I encourage you to get help from the Trailhead support team.

Try disconnecting the current playground and creating a new one.

• I'm trying to configure Agentforce for Service but encountering multiple errors despite following the video actions frame by frame. Efforts to amend the issues are fruitless, is there a way to delete the existing content and start again from scratch?
