After logging a case with Salesforce, the Trailhead team acknowledged this as a defect, and changed the Trailhead Challenge to no longer include the 'General CRM' topic as part of the challenge. Issue resolved (for current purposes, at least!)

Issue resolved by having someone from support go in and override the bug in the trail.
The challenge contained a bug, which has been fixed now.

I refreshed my playground, tackled a different unit then went back to this one and the issue was resolved on its own. Not sure what the actual fix was though :)

I had to log a case for Salesforce to look into it. It was resolved after that.

ここ2日間、同じ問題が発生していました。ブラウザのキャッシュをクリアしてページを再読み込みし、新しいプレイグラウンドを作成してみることで、問題は解決したようです。
