Case にアクセスできない
We can’t find the Get Sessions Agent Action. Make sure it has been created and has an API Name of 'Get_Sessions
We can’t find the new comment on the open case. Be sure to use your unique verification code with the agent and have the agent add the comment to the open case.
My problem is solve i change my internet concoction and automatic complete my Bagade

Cloud_Kicks_Service_Agent Permissions の権限セットを編集し、以下の権限を付与することで修正できました。また、念のため、ケース管理のトピックにカスタム指示を追加しました。
Was able to fix it by editing the permission set Cloud_Kicks_Service_Agent Permissions and providing the below permission. Also I have added an additional custom instruction to the case management topic just to be in the safe side.
I contacted the trialhead support team and fixed the issue
