• Prompt Template のリソースにflowがない

I have faced this issue before. Try using the same name/API Name for your input variable in Flow and the source variable in the Flex Prompt Template. This worked for me.

And while creating the prompt builder, there is check field to check 'Require when template runs' for resource added in the builder.

I initially uncheck it, but while making new template i checked it.

If you didn't leave "Require when template runs" checked when you created your prompt template in the earlier steps, you run into this.

• Get Open Cases for Contactというフローが無い

For those who has issues with this module where you cannot find the "Get Open Cases for Contact" flow. My resolution was to request a new DE Org for the Prompt Builder

• New Guest Newsletterがない
• Playground - Unable to see "New Version" for Action (Solved)

Once you have clicked "New Version" on the "This Topic's Actions" page, click on "Topic Configuration", scroll down and click "Save".
This saves the configuration and when you click on "This Topic's Actions" the "New" option should be there
