WordPressの削除したはずのメディアファイルが管理画面に存在しており困っています。
FTPサーバー上で対象のメディアファイルを削除したのですが、WordPress管理画面上に残骸らしきものが残ってしまっています。こちらは存在しているのかもわからず、どこで削除していいのか困っています。

Try deleting it from the wordpress also.
Deleting the media files using FTP only removes the files but not the database entry which is why you are seeing it in the media page.
So you can delete them from wordpress or you can delete them directly from the database.
