pip install でのエラーについて
解決したいこと
pip installについて質問があります。ご助言いただけますと助かります。
初めての質問のため、不躾な点がありましたら申し訳ありません。
python_dateutilを再インストールしたいと思っており、Requirementのsixは満たしていることを確認しています。

上記の指示通り、--force-reinstall をつけてインストールしたものの、sixのバージョンが満たさないとエラーが出ました。

sixを見ると、1.5以上を満たしているのですが、上記のエラーが出る理由は何が考えられますでしょうか。ご助言いただけますと大変助かります。何卒よろしくお願いします。
