How to add a url to yahoo.jp?

I'm not familiar with this but according to the page below, the service (Yahoo Site Explorer) seems to have ended.

Also, the above page recommends using Google webmaster tools instead of Yahoo Site Explorer because Yahoo search results work with Google.

however I read about the yahoo.jp doesn't have the same search engine than yahoo.com.
Is this true?
My website is for Japanese public and i know many people still using nowadays
But to be honest, yahoo.jp is extremely confuse for me

I'm not familiar with this but according to the page below, yahoo.co.jp is using Google's search engine so if you want to do SEO for yahoo.co.jp, you need to do SEO for Google.

If you have already submitted a sitemap or sent crawl requests on Google Search Console, the best way is getting a link from Japanese websites.
