SAPサーバー構築 vm liunx isntall error code:20

SAP　ABAPを学ぶため、ローカル環境に構築しようとしていますが、
インストールエラーが発生しております。
構築は
SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04　
Oracle VM VirtualBox
openSUSE-Leap-15.4-DVD-x86_64-Build243.2-Media
をしようしてます。
VMにliunxを仮想かそうハードディスク作成し、SAP解凍ファイルのいinstall.shをすると
エラーが出てサーバー構築に失敗しているようです。

ググってもよくわかりませんが、教えていただけますでしょうか。
