RocketChatのLDAP認証でハマったこと

現象

ADに登録したユーザーがRocketChatにログインできない。(LDAPの検索で失敗する)

原因

ADに登録するユーザーにメールアドレスが設定されていないとログインできない

対処

以下のどちらかで対処する

メールアドレスを設定する
Administration > LDAP > Sync/Import > Default Domain　にデフォルトのドメインを設定する
もしメールアドレスが設定されていないユーザーがログインするとRocketChatがここに設定されたドメインを使用してユーザーにメールアドレスを設定します
