コマンドラインからconfigファイルを指定してrvizを開くときは以下のように行います。
rviz -d rviz/aaaa.rviz
rosrunから実行する場合
rosrun rviz rviz -d /home/dev/catkin_ws/src/web_viz/rviz/config.rviz
（参考）launchファイルから、設定ファイルを指定して立ち上げ
