Vagrant upでエラーが起きました。

Vagrantを使おうと思い、vagrant up すると、

There was an error while executing VBoxManage, a CLI used by Vagrant
for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

というような、エラーメッセージが表示されてしまいました。vagrantの再インストール、VirtualBoxの再インストールなど、やってみたのですが、全然うまくいきません。対処法を教えて下さい。
