キノコ困った Pepperが突然うんともすんとも

Pepper動かなくなった
More than 3 years have passed since last update.

Pepperが突如動かなくなった

  • とあるイベントで急にPepperがシャットダウンし、その後電源すらつかなくなった。。

考えられる原因

  • 可動域を無理に超えたような操作・モーションの結果ヒューズが飛んだ
  • 強制終了ボタンがおされたままになっている

対処法

  • 充電はできているかを確認し、胸ボタンを長押してみる
  • 強制終了ボタンが解除されていることを確認する

その他

  • こういう所もPepperらしさといえばらしさですが、いずれの方法でも修復しない場合は修理ゆうきでしょう。。。
