解決したいこと

rails newのエラーを解決したいです。

rails new 〇〇　とすると

rails aborted!
Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - bs_fetch:open_current_file:open

自分で試したこと

ruby, rails, nodejs, sqlite3, yarnなどを再インストールをしてみました。しかし、直りませんでした。

require 'bootsnap/setup'をコメントアウトし、rails webpacker:installをすると、rails sをすることができました。

    Questioner
    　デスクトップにフォルダを置き、rails newをやっていたので、onedriveに同期してしまい、エラーが出ていました。

    　onedriveを切るとrails newとrails sは正常に動作しました。
