You need to check if somehow you missed field level security Click on the field and check field level security.

  1. From Setup, open Object Manager, and then in the Quick Find box, enter the name of the object containing the field.
  2. Select the object, and then click Fields & Relationships.
  3. Select the field you want to modify.
  4. Click Set Field-Level Security.
  5. Specify the field's access level.
  6. Save your changes.

I finally found the issue. As mentioned the Survey feature worked without a hitch in my playground, so I began to compare and contrast the differences between the two and moved away from the App Menu and Profiles > Assigned Apps to Profile > Object Settings. Turns out this org, for whatever reason, did not follow the rules and did not set the app to Default On/Off, instead it was Hidden by default. Thanks again for your help. This delayed me quite a bit, so it's great have this fixed.

おそらく拡張プロファイルが有効になっていると思われます。この設定はビデオでは無効になっていると思います。
拡張プロファイルにします。

Add Chart" button is not enabled.

[グラフの追加] アイコンがグレー表示になっているのは、レポートにグループ化されたフィールドが少なくとも 1 つ必要なためです。

When creating a report you can display the report as a chart. Charts provide you and your users with a visual way to understand the data in your report. When creating a report however, users can find that the Add Chart icon is greyed out.

The reason why the Add Chart icon is greyed out is because a report must have at least one grouped field.

  1. Click to open the report you would like to add a chart to
  2. Click Edit on the right side of the screen
  3. Click Outline on the left side of the screen
  4. Under the Groups section, click within the lookup field titled Group Rows
  5. Select a field that you would like to group your report by. Fields that are commonly grouped are the Owner fields.
  6. Now that you have a grouped field, the Add Chart icon can be clicked and a chart added to your report
  7. To edit the default chart that is added to your report after clicking Add Chart, click the gear icon on the top right corner of the chart and edit it as needed
