Mac に最小限の LaTeX 環境を導入する（2018年版）

手順

BasicTeX のインストール

BasicTeX.pkg でインストールする方法と、Homebrew でインストールする方法がある。

Homebrew でインストールする場合は、以下のコマンドを実行する。

$ brew cask install basictex

PATH の設定

/usr/local/texlive/YYYYbasic/bin/x86_64-darwin に PATH を通す

Tex Live の初期設定

以下のコマンドを実行する

$ sudo tlmgr update --self --all                # TeX Live のアップデート
$ sudo tlmgr paper a4                           # デフォルトの用紙サイズの設定
$ sudo tlmgr install collection-langjapanese    # 日本語 pTeX / upTeX のインストール
