vs2015でパケージを追加しようとしたとき、ずっと検索中の状態で対象パケージが表示されない。
解決策
以下ファイルを削除する。
C:\Users\AVD_wsstj_you_ke\AppData\Roaming\NuGet
・NuGet.config
