Ubuntu 18から20へのupgrade時に自分が遭遇した不具合。
gnome-shell-extension-desktop-iconsをインストールすれば解決する。
sudo apt install gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons
Alt+F2 rでGnomeはリロードが可能。
