出たエラー

invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun

Xcodeを更新する

xcode-select --install
sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app/

実行できた。
