6mb制限に引っかかるとLambdaからCloudWatch Logsに以下のようなログが出る
LAMBDA_RUNTIME Failed to post handler success response. Http response code: 413.
これはRUNTIMEが出力するものなので言語は問わない
API Gateway(あれば)やmetricだと検知しづらいので上記ログが確実
