xubuntu13.04で設定しようとしたら、設定ファイルの場所が以前と変わっているような気がしたのでメモ。
$ cat ~/.config/xfce4/terminal/terminalrc
[Configuration]
...
ほとんどGUIで設定できるので変更するのは起動位置と大きさぐらい
