タブを複製するというピンポイントのショートカットがなく、いつもやっているので共有しておきます。
macであれば、command + lでchromeの検索バーが選択状態になるので、その後command + shift + returnで新しく現在表示しているページのタブが生成されます。
windowsの場合、ctrl + l, alt + enterで確か大丈夫です。
