Visual Studio Codeでunsafeブロックを実行するときに悩んだので残しておきます。
やり方はcsprojに以下を記載するだけ。
<PropertyGroup>
<AllowUnsafeBlocks>true</AllowUnsafeBlocks>
</PropertyGroup>
VSCodeの再起動が必要なので忘れずに。
