PowerAutomateのExcelOnlineアクションで502エラーが発生

状況

とあるPowerAutomateクラウドフローにてそれまで問題なく動いていたExcelOnlineのアクションの箇所で急にエラーが発生した。
再試行を7回ほど繰り返した上で下記のようなエラーを吐いて終了していた。

動いていた時から特にアクションに変更は加えていない。
502（Bad Gateway）エラーなので、Microsoftサーバー側のエラーであり、おそらくこちらから何もできないであろうと考えていた。

顛末

ことの顛末としては翌朝には何もしていないが特に問題なく動いていた。
フォーラムにも同日同様の書き込みがあり、そこでも時間が経てば解決したと書き込まれていた。
