pythonのhttpdは弱いです。
pythonで動画を再生すると細切れに再生。
rubyだと一部ブラウザ（クロム）で動画再生不可ですが、
rubyのWEBlickは、Appach級。
ただ困るのは、rubyのWEBlickが、クロムで動画再生できないこと。
全てのmimeタイプがdownloadされてしまう。
FFやSafariなら問題なし。
