django-debug-toolbarをローカル以外で使用する

普通に使う手順は

でも見てください。

ローカルでは普通に出てますが、ローカル以外で使うときに探したのでメモ。
簡単で、以下を追記すれば良い。

settings.py
INTERNAL_IPS = ["xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"]

として出したいクライアントのIPを書く。
