今日(2017/9/27)、さくらのレンタルサーバで公開している自分のサイトにアクセスすると500エラーを返すようになっていたので原因を調査したところ.htaccessに
ErrorDocument 418 error418.html
と書いていたのが原因だった。今まではエラーが出ることもなかったので何かの変更によるものだと思う。
