受信者の目的：複合
送信者が受信者の公開鍵で暗号化し、
受信者が受信者の秘密鍵で複合する

ディジタル署名の検証

受信者の目的：送信者の正当性の確認
送信者が送信者の秘密鍵でディジタル署名を生成し、
受信者が送信者の公開鍵で署名を複合し（ハッシュ値の比較により）送信者の正当性を確認する。
