Webサーバー 'IIS Express' に接続できませんでした。が出たときの対応

結論

  1. Visual Studioを閉じる
  2. ソリューションフォルダ内の.vsフォルダを削除する
  3. Visual Studioを起動してデバッグ実行する

理由とか

.vsの中にある config/applicationhost.config のポートの整合性が合わなくなっているのか…詳しいことはあまり調べていませんが。
一度削除して再度起動すればフォルダごと再作成されるので、デバッグはできるようになります。
