HTTPSでの通信を行うことができようになりした。
下記の参考がかなりわかりやすかったです。
なお、ALBのヘルスチェックがうまくできませんでしたが、詳細設定でパスを/ではなく、適当なphpを作成し追加し、
ポートを上書きにすることで買いけるすることができました。
