RedHat8でCtrlキーを半角全角キーに設定する

vim /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/jp

以下の行を
key { [ Eisu_toggle, Caps_Lock ] };

以下にする
key { [ Zenkaku_Hankaku ] };

再起動後に反映される。
※ログアウトしてログインするだけでも反映する情報もあったが、試していない。
