Docker PostgreSQLのエラー PANIC: could not locate a valid checkpoint record

Docker PostgreSQLで
今まで普通に動いていたのに、急に動かなくなった

dockerの設定ファイルなど、いろんな記事を見て変更したが、変わらず。。。。。

解決手順

backend/tmp/db 配下を削除後、
再度
db:create
で解決

dbで不整合が起こっていたみたい
