時々使うが毎回忘れてググってるのでメモ
grant all on {DB名}.* to {ユーザ名}@'{IP}' identified by '{パスワード}';
ユーザ追加したらその次はどうせ権限付与なんだから1発でやっちゃいたいですよね。
パスワードをクォーテーションで囲わなかったらエラー起きたので注意
