speech to text APIを使った文字起こしについて

解決したいこと

GCP speech to text APIを使ったストリーミング音声認識のアプリを作ろうと思い、サンプルコードを活用していたのですが、goodle-cloud-speechのヴァージョンが現在2.9.3なのですが、module 'google.cloud.speech' has no attribute 'SpeechClientとなり使えなくなりました。ヴァージョンアップのドキュメントがあったので参考にしましたが、"enum"
がインストールできず、進みません。本当に困っています。宜しくお願い致します。

発生している問題・エラー

自分で試したこと

google-cloud-speechはupgradeでインストールしています。
2.7.0に移行のドキュメントに載っていたサンプルコード
from google.cloud import speech
from google.cloud.speech import enums
from google.cloud.speech import types
では、ImportError: cannot import name 'enums' from 'google.cloud.speech' (unknown location)となります。
