OSI参照モデルのレイヤに基づいて決まる。
L3ならネットワーク層なので、IPでの確認になりpingコマンドを使う。
L4はトランスポート層でTCPでリクエストを送って確認する。
L7はアプリケーション層なのでHTTPリクエストになる。
