- Visual Studio Installerで英語の言語パックをインストールする。
- ツール->オプション->環境->国際対応の設定で言語をEnglishにする。
- Visual Studioを再起動する。

Tools->Options->Environment->Keyboard->Show commands containingに以下をそれぞれ入力し、Ctrl + [ を使うショートカット全てに対してRemoveを押す。
- SolutionExplorer.OpenFilesFilter
- SolutionExplorer.PendingChangesFilter
- SolutionExplorer.SyncWithActiveDocument
Tools->Options->VsVim->KeyboardのCtrl + [ がHandled by VsVimになっていることを確認する。
Tools->Options->Environment->International Settingsで言語を日本語に戻す。
