diffoptを設定する

// 現在のdiffoptを確認
:set diffopt
diffopt=internal,filler

// 改行コードとインデントを無視する設定を追加
:set diffopt+=iwhiteall

// 追加できたか確認
:set diffopt
diffopt=internal,filler,iwhiteall

その他のオプションは:help 'diffopt'から確認できます。
