既に作成したProjectよりエディターエリアにStoryboardを表示させ、コピーするUIのSceneをクリックしxcodeのEditからcopyを選択して別のProjectのstoryboardをクリックしてペーストする。
更にxxxxx.swiftファイルもナビゲータエリアに元ファイルからドラック＆ペーストで貼り付けダイアログの表示でcopyを指定すれば移行できます。
