Windows7でシステムがフリーズしてしまってどうしようもなくなってしまった場合、電源ボタンを長押しするような状況では、「緊急の再起動」を試してみる。
CTRL-ALT-DELを押して表示される画面の右下の電源ボタンのアイコンを、CTRLキーを押しながらクリックすると、「緊急の再起動」ができる。
強制電源断するよりもおすすめ。
