ルートの要素にカーソルを合わせて Option + Enter すると以下のダイアログが表示されます。
電球アイコンをクリックしても同じです。
Convert to data binding layout を選択すれば、データバインディング用のxmlにコンバートされます。
結果はこんな感じ。
