mac+vagrant+virtualbox(centOS6.5)の環境で、
PHPが大文字、小文字を識別しなくなりはまる。
file_exists()やrequire_onceが誤作動していた。
原因はbox側でマウントしている/vagrantにmacの標準のファイルシステム(?)のパーティションのフォルダをマウントしてしまっていたため、大文字小文字を区別していなかったこと。
/vagrant用には大文字小文字を区別できるファイルシステムのパーティションを使う必要があるようだ。
