環境はUbuntu20.04を想定.
wgetでhttps接続できない場合は以下のように
sudo apt install ca-certificates
入力することでCA証明書がインストールでき, https通信が行えるようになる.
基本的にはaptコマンドでwgetのインストールを行う際はca-certificatesも推奨パッケージとしてインストールされる.
