今phpで数百個の日本語名ファイルをディレクトリから読み取る作業を行っているのですが、
‐がファイル名に入ってしまうとfopenもcopyもエラーとなりどうする事も出来ません。
試したことは
mb_convert_encodingでutf-8に変換
ハイフンが？になるのでstr_replaceで置換
まではやってみましたが、エラーになってしまいます。
何か打開策はあるのだろうか
